Context: Eventually, my early desire to be in a romantic relationship with a Canadian woman proved to be the most traumatic and difficult relationship I ever had. Through this experience, I learned firsthand how cultural differences can pose challenges in the way people relate to each other, particularly in communication and acceptance.
